INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs 

2 Tbsp butter 

2 Tbsp onion, chopped

2 Tbsp green chillies, chopped

1 Tbsp fresh ginger, chopped

1 Tbsp milk

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp red pepper

½ tsp chaat masala 

2 Tbsp tomatoes, chopped

2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped


METHODS:

1) Melt butter in pan and add whisked eggs

2) Add onion, green chilies and ginger to pan, sauté for 1 minute 

3) Whisk eggs in small bowl and add milk, whisk well

4) Add salt, black pepper, red pepper and chaat masala to eggs

5) Add tomatoes to pan with onion/chilies/ginger and sauté for 1 more minute 

6) Add egg mixture to the pan and then add cilantro

7) Slowly mix to scramble the eggs to your desired texture
